Welcome to the Srugim website. We make every effort to ensure that orders reach you quickly and safely. Below is a breakdown of our shipping policy.

1. Order processing times

  • Orders are shipped within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.

  • On holidays or special promotions, there may be slight delays in processing times.

2. Shipping options

We offer the following shipping options:

Home delivery:

  • Delivery time: 2–5 business days.

  • Cost: ₪ 40

In exceptional cases (such as remote areas) delivery time may be extended.

3. International shipments

Currently, we do not ship outside of Israel.

4. Shipping tracking

After sending the order, a tracking number will be sent to you by email/message - through which you can track the shipping status.

5. Delays and responsibilities

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider or events beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, strikes, etc.). However, we’ll do our best to help resolve any issue.
